Services
Before we even get to the details, why not check out what our current and past clients have to say about Eric’s programming?
Training Program Design
The single-most challenging program you’ll ever have to write is the one for yourself - so why not get some help with your own programming?
Compared to what you’ll see and experience with most online consultants, I am unique in my approach to online consulting. I’m not going to hand out cookie-cutter programs; I hold myself to a higher standard, limiting the number of clients I take on. Cookie-cutter programs might work, but do they work optimally? And, more importantly, do they work for everyone? Or, do they help the lucky majority and throw the rest under the bus?
I’m a firm believer that my ultimate goal as a coach is to prepare you for the day that you’re on your own. To that end, I have videos, photos, and/descriptions for every exercise I recommend.
You’ll get one month of programming, “tech support,” and monitored progress reports. Here’s how to get started:
1. Contact me at ec@ericcressey.com to express interest.
2. We’ll get the ball rolling with a comprehensive questionnaire addressing everything from your training history, to your injury history, to your goals, to your time to commit to training. We’ll also assess postural photos and any videos that you can provide of you performing exercises. Make no mistake about it; this is an extremely thorough assessment.
3. I’ll provide you with one month of programming addressing warm-up, dynamic flexibility/mobility, soft tissue work, strength, power, muscle mass gains, agility, proprioception, prehabilitation, rehabilitation, and recovery modalities. Very simply, you bring the effort, and I’ll take care of the rest - no matter how many questions you need answered.
Essentially, you get a consultant and a coach; I wouldn’t do it any other way.

Assess and Correct is the first resource that empowers you with not only a series of self-assessments to identify your own flexibility and stability limitations, but also exercise progressions to correct those inefficiencies. In the process, you’ll take your athletic performance to all new levels and prevent injuries from creeping up on you – whether you’re a high-level athlete or someone who sits at a desk too much.
The easy-to-follow format of these DVDs takes you step-by-step to a healthy body that feels and performs well. It’s like having a coach right there with you the whole time.
Everything starts with an assessment. Once a limitation has been identified, you simply follow the corresponding exercise progress Over time, as your movements improve, you’ll progress to more challenging exercises within the progression.
With 27 self-assessments and 78 corresponding exercises, you’ll cover virtually everything you need to feel and perform well. And, you’ll have plenty of variety to use for many years to come!

Unstable surface training has taken the world of fitness and strength and conditioning by storm. Everywhere you go, you’ll find wobble boards, foam pads, full and half-dome stability balls, and inflatable rubber discs dictating the way people exercise.
Want to know the truth, in a nutshell? There has been very little research done to validate or refute the use of these implements in healthy, trained populations. Trainers, coaches, therapists, and ordinary weekend warriors have essentially been flying blind when they use these implements.
That is, until now!
The Truth About Unstable Surface Training is the culmination of more than three years of intensive study, research, experimentation, and analysis on my part – combined with my “in the trenches” observations as a competitive athlete myself. Effectively, with this e-book, I’ve outlined and then translated the research to the real-world so that fitness professionals and exercisers can understand how to effectively integrate (or omit) unstable surface training in their programs.

I’ve watched it with my own eyes, and heard about it with my own ears – thousands of times. MILLIONS of hard-working, dedicated athletes are spinning their wheels with ineffective off-season programming. These are athletes just like YOU and those that YOU coach. They’re experiencing mediocre gains or no gains when they should be improving dramatically. They’re settling for acceptable when they could be getting optimal. They’re sitting on the bench when they should be starting and winning MVP awards and championship trophies.
The time has come for an off-season training resource that will revolutionize the way that athletes and coaches approach this crucial time of the training year. The time has come to get to the truth. The Ultimate Off-Season Training Manual is that truth and much, much more!
Unlike other resources out there that just provide cookie cutter programs, this breakthrough manual won’t just teach you the “what;” it’ll teach you the “who, what, when, where, how and why!” It’s not a “do this” or a “the textbook says this” guide; it’s a how-to manual that will show you step-by-step what it takes to become a superior athlete faster than you ever thought possible!
